Rate yourself first. Coach Steve reviews a live, filmed evaluation or your game film if you are outside the area.
Your written Player SWOT and 90-day plan arrive within five business days, followed by a review call with you and your parent.

At the end of the season, compare updated ratings with your original plan. See what improved and what comes next.

Steve started at Fairfield University as a team manager, became a practice player, then a walk-on, earned a scholarship and a starting spot, and became captain. Today he serves as Assistant Prep Basketball Coach and Head Coach of the Development Team at South Kent School. He founded NODAT to give players the guidance and access he didn't have. Athletes he has trained include Sonia Citron, the third overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft. He co-hosts The Basketballists podcast.

The Blueprint is coaching, evaluation, and accountability. It gives you the plan and guidance. In-person training sessions are separate, with a discount for Blueprint athletes.
Grades 7 through post-grad. The evaluation and plan are built to the player's level and goal.
In-person evaluations take place in the Westchester / Fairfield County area. Outside the area, the evaluation uses game film and the rest of the program is virtual.
Join the SWOT review call, receive the Blueprint card, and get a monthly progress note. The private tier also includes a monthly parent call.
Coach Steve builds every Blueprint personally. The 20-minute call helps determine whether the program is the right fit for the player's goals.
Winter runs November through February. Spring runs March through June. Applications open six weeks before each season.
